After reaching out to us, and before you make your booking, we will arrange for a site visit so we can assess the space and understand which options we have to set up FIRE. This will be a key step to tailor your menu the best we can. The weather, the venue’s surroundings and the area itself will impact on our decision to take on the booking or not. This will also be a great opportunity to discuss about allergies and any particular requirements you may have.
We pride ourselves on the service we can provide, so we like to be very clear and open about the things we don’t do.
Please keep in mind that we’ll need to arrive nice and early to your place to get everything ready!
We bring the food, the equipment, the FIRE and the Fire Master (thank God!); but we don’t provide wait staff or crockery.
Once the feast is ready, we'll bring the different steps to the table; so your guests can help themselves.
Although sharing is caring, we hope to get your understanding when we say that unexpected guests are welcomed, but we won’t be able to add extra food on the spot due to the nature of our service.
